The Role

Reporting to the Shift Manager, responsibilities include ensuring production targets are met whilst delivering in the key performance areas of H&S, GMP, cost, material usage, productivity, efficiency and waste levels.
Knowledge and Experience
Ensure efficient production flow
 Assist the next shift
Be supportive of colleagues on other shifts
Resource planning
Address non conformances and feedback ideas to help better compliance
Develop short to medium term training plans with your manager, ensuring training is planned and resource is available. Ensure new and inexperienced members of the team are appropriately supervised.
The Person
have experience within a food or fmcg environment w
experience of working to KPIs
logical and analytical thinking
strong communication skills to influence at all levels
be flexible and adaptable
